LACCIO LITTLE TABLE BREUER Laccio is a series of coffee tables by Marcel Breuer for Knoll. Seamless tubular steel structure with polished chrome finish. Like the Wassily and Cesca chairs, these Laccio tables are part of the main products of modern design of the 20th century. The use of tubular steel defines the lines in the space beautifully. These simple stackable tables have revolutionized the concept of furniture and inspired many successive generations of designers. Alone the big or the small or together to form simple geometries but with a very elegant visual impact.

ADJUSTABLE TABLES Nel 1924, Eileen Gray in collaborazione con l'architetto rumeno Jean Badovici inizia a lavorare alla casa E-1027. Incaricata del suo arredamento, crea questo tavolino molto innovativo per l'epoca. Il lusso cede il posto alla semplicità e ad una forma pratica. Il piano in vetro è regolabile in altezza, grazie ad una gamba scorrevole. Eileen Gray è una delle prime ad utilizzare strutture tubolari in acciaio con Marcel Breuer, Gerrit Rietveld e Charlotte Perriand. Creato nel 1927, questo tavolino sorprende per la sua modernità: potrebbe trattarsi di una creazione dei nostri giorni.
