HARBOR  HIGH ARMCHAIR B&B

«It was working on the design of the Papilio seating family that i have understood that the iconic strength of B&B Italia is to work on the polyurethane foam as a mass. Hence the idea to sculpt a shape from this material, as if I were creating a sculpture from a Carrara marble block. To me, B&B Italia it’s the synonym of “polyurethane sculptures”.

The name Harbor comes from the idea of having a place to return to. At the same time I wanted this armchair to give the cozy feeling of  wrapping the body”.
