Trays articulated system of plans by Piero Lissoni for Kartell

Trays-Piero Lissoni an articulated system of plans for the home or the office. The design idea of the project is the declination of tables and shelves systems whose shelves remind us of the Japanese lacquered trays in its designs and finishes. The tops, made in a refined solid methacrylate, black and glossy white, are proposed in three standard sizes and fixed on structures of different heights, fixed or on wheels. The overall design of the collection suggests the idea of lightness and elegance, while maintaining stability and resistance. The tables are available in two rectangular versions with a depth of 40 cm and the length of 80 and 140 cm respectively. There is also the square version of 80×80 cm in the side. The tops can be white or black and the structure is in chromed steel. Thanks to the possibility of dismantling the metal structures for the presence of an angular joint that attaches them to the joints, the packaging of the product is perfectly flat and therefore more ¹ functional in the operations of transport and storage. It is part of the trays system also the three-storey version overlapped by 80 cm declined in trolley on wheels, or by 140 cm declined on bookcase. Material structure: chromed steel tops: coloured PMMA in bulk color: white, black.
